House Rules

Quiet Hours:

Please be respectful to our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am. If this rule is not respected, guests will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. Noise disturbances include loud conversations, music, or any disruptive behavior that may disturb others in neighboring properties. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone's enjoyment. 

Kitchen:

Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We provide cooking utensils, please take care of what you use and inform us of any damage. Avoid leaving dishes around the property, please place them inside the kitchen sinks.

Eating Areas:

Refrain from consuming food or drinks in bedrooms or living rooms. Use provided place mats and coasters to protect tables and surfaces.

Air Conditioning & Lights:

Remember to turn off A/C units and lights when not in use, both during your stay and before checkout.

Smoking & Illegal Drugs:

No smoking or illegal drugs are allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A fee will apply for smoking inside or evidence of drug use.

Laundry:

A laundry and dryer are available for your use, along with washing powder in the laundry room.

Keys:

Take care of your keys. A replacement fee of $75 will be incurred for lost keys.

Furniture:

Avoid rearranging furniture to prevent damage or scratches on flooring.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee. If you need flexibility, please let us know in advance.

Guests:

Unauthorized guests are not permitted on the property.

Household Items Usage:

• Pool towels provided are intended for use in the pool area only. Please refrain from using them for other purposes such as cleaning or as bathroom towels.
• Towels provided for bathroom use are designated for that purpose only. Do not use them for cleaning or other activities.
  
• Please avoid using towels to clean makeup or other substances that may stain or damage them.
• Take care of bed linens and ensure they are not stained or damaged during your stay.
• It is prohibited to remove any bed linens or towels from the property unless specifically permitted, such as in properties located within a complex or building where pool towels are allowed to be taken outside the unit.
  
  
  

Pets:

We welcome pets but adhere to certain rules:

• Bring all necessary supplies.
• Allow pets to relieve themselves outside before entering.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Do not leave pets unattended without proper arrangements.
• Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
• Provide dog bedding/crate and towels for cleaning.
• Property towels are not for pet use.
• Do not leave pets unattended.
• Brush pets outside daily if shedding occurs.

Please report any incidents promptly.

Parking:

Parking availability varies across our properties. Please use designated parking spaces responsibly. If your property includes a private garage or parking area, ensure that vehicles are parked only in designated spots. Avoid blocking access points or impeding other vehicles. For properties with limited parking, please adhere to any signage or instructions provided regarding parking arrangements. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and accessibility for all guests.

Fire Safety:

• Use caution when cooking and avoid leaving cooking appliances unattended.
• Keep flammable materials, such as curtains and paper, away from heaters, candles, and other heat sources.
• If using outdoor fire pits or BBQs, follow all safety guidelines provided and ensure they are completely extinguished after use.
• In case of a fire emergency, locate and familiarize yourself with the property's fire exits and emergency procedures.
• Report any fire hazards or concerns to the property owner or manager immediately.

Events:

Events such as weddings, graduations, or parties are not allowed. 

In case this rule is not complied with, "Damaged Property" terms will apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions; Section 1.5

Reporting Damaged Items:

• Guests are kindly requested to promptly inform us of any household items that are damaged or not in proper working condition during their stay.
• This includes but is not limited to furniture, appliances, linens, and kitchenware.
• Reporting damaged items allows us to address issues promptly and ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

Outdoor & Off-limit Areas:

• For safety reasons, certain areas of the property may be restricted. Please adhere to any signage or instructions indicating off-limit areas.
• Avoid bringing glassware near pool areas to prevent accidents.
• If the property includes a pool without a surrounding fence, ensure children are supervised by adults when outdoors.
• Some storage rooms within and outside the property may be marked and locked. Please respect these restrictions.

Common Areas or Building Amenities:

Some properties may offer additional amenities such as pools, hot tubs, or barbecue areas. Please enjoy these facilities responsibly and adhere to any usage guidelines provided by each administration (building, gated community, complex etc.). If you encounter any issues or require assistance with amenities during your stay, please contact us for support. We strive to ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience while respecting the property and its surroundings.

Pool:

• Please use the pool responsibly and at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No diving or running around the pool area.
• Proper swimwear is required; street clothes are not permitted.
• Please shower before entering the pool to remove lotions, oils, and other contaminants.
• Do not bring glassware or sharp objects into the pool area.
• Respect posted pool hours, if applicable.

Hot Tub:

• Use the hot tub responsibly and at your own risk.
• The hot tub is not recommended for children. If done so, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Turn off the hot tub when you finish using it.
• Shower before entering the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and other contaminants.
• Limit hot tub uses to reasonable durations to allow others to enjoy it.
• Do not bring glassware or sharp objects into the hot tub.
• Respect posted hot tub hours, if applicable.

Fire Pit:

• Only use the fire pit in designated areas and according to local regulations.
• Do not leave the fire pit unattended while it is lit.
• Use caution when starting and extinguishing the fire.
• Keep a safe distance from the fire pit and supervise children and pets around it.
• Do not burn any materials other than firewood or approved fire pit fuel.
• Extinguish the fire completely before leaving the area or going to bed.
• Follow any additional guidelines or rules posted near the fire pit.

BBQ:

• Feel free to use the barbecue if it is provided for leisure use only. Please keep the grill clean.
• If there is a fee to use the BBQ, please make arrangements for payment at reception before use.
• All users of the BBQ area do so at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• If found left extra dirty and requiring additional cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.
• You will need to add your own charcoal to the BBQ as it is not guaranteed.
• In case of fire or other emergencies, evacuate the area immediately and call emergency services.
• Follow any additional guidelines or rules posted near the BBQ area.
